1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kyshara.com ("the Site") or ordering a reading, report, or membership from Kyshara ("the Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or order the Services. Kyshara is operated by WSS.one.

2. What Kyshara Is

Kyshara is an AI wisdom guide reading astrology, numerology, BaZi and tarot together. The Site offers two things:

• Free content — The Kyshara Realm, a daily-updated collection of wisdom-tradition articles, free to read, no account or order needed.
• Paid readings and memberships — individual readings, flagship blueprints, bundles, credit packs, and monthly memberships, listed with current pricing at kyshara.com/readings. These are prepared by Kyshara and delivered through a conversation on WhatsApp.

Prices shown on the Site are the current offer and may change; the price shown to you at the point you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

3. Launch Date & How Ordering Works

Kyshara's paid readings and memberships launch publicly on 6 August 2026. Before that date, orders placed through the Site are part of a live testing phase: our systems, including online payment, are real and active, but still being verified end-to-end ahead of full public launch.

Ordering a reading or membership happens through a WhatsApp conversation with Kyshara, started from a link on this Site:

• Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to register and order. This is checked during registration.
• Payment. Online payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will always be shown the price, what you're paying for, and (for memberships) the billing period and renewal terms, before anything is charged. We will never take payment without your clear, prior agreement.
• Delivery. Your reading is prepared after your order and payment are confirmed, and delivered to you on WhatsApp. We do not currently commit to a fixed delivery time; if a reading is delayed significantly, contact us (see §10) and we will update you or offer a refund.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Kyshara offers monthly memberships (Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Oracle) at the prices shown on the readings page at the time you subscribe. For paid tiers:

• Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Before you subscribe, we will show you the price, the billing period, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise.
• Membership allowances (the number of readings included per tier) are capped monthly and do not roll over or accumulate unless we state otherwise.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know and give you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details before treating the membership as lapsed.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) — Digital Products

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and services like Kyshara's readings, this right can lapse early only if you have explicitly asked for delivery to start immediately, and explicitly acknowledged that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once delivery is complete. Because most Kyshara readings are, by their nature, requested for prompt delivery, we treat starting the reading (once you've confirmed your order and paid) as that explicit request — but you always have the right to ask us not to start immediately, and to cancel within 14 days for any reading not yet delivered.

If you believe a reading was ordered in error, or you want to withdraw before it has been delivered, contact us immediately (see §10) and we will cancel and refund it.

6. Refunds

• Credit packs: unused credit balances are refundable on request. If you have already spent some of a pack's credits, we will refund the unspent portion.
• Individual readings and blueprints: refundable if not yet delivered, or if delivered materially incomplete or defective through our fault. We don't offer refunds simply because you disagree with or dislike the content of a reading — it is a reflective, entertainment product, not a guaranteed outcome (see §7).
• Memberships: the current billing period is generally non-refundable once renewed, unless required by law; you can always cancel to stop future renewals.

To request a refund, contact us at the details in §10. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will explain our decision.

7. AI-Assisted Content — Accuracy & Your Responsibility

Readings, reports, and content on this Site are prepared with AI assistance. Please read and accept the following:

• You are always told you're dealing with an AI system. Kyshara never presents itself as a human.
• AI can make mistakes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify anything important yourself.
• Entertainment and reflection, not prediction. Tarot, numerology, astrology, BaZi, and related readings are provided for entertainment, personal development, and spiritual reflection. They are not a prediction of your future.
• Not professional advice. Nothing from Kyshara constitutes medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• No guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, insight, income, health result, or result of any kind from a reading.

8. Acceptable Use

Memberships and reading allowances are for your own personal use. You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage readings or reports;
• use bulk automation, scripting, or bots to request readings at scale ("report-factory" use);
• share a single account or membership across multiple unrelated people to exceed its intended allowance;
• use the Site or Services in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this section.

9. Intellectual Property, Liability, Third Parties, Availability

All content, features, and functionality of the Site are owned by WSS.one or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the Site or your reading's content commercially without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSS.one is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a reading or Site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Site and Services use third-party providers (for example, WhatsApp/Wasender for messaging, and Stripe as our payment processor once fully live). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond our own use of them.

We strive to keep the Site and Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

10. Complaints & Contact

If something's gone wrong — a delayed reading, a billing question, a complaint about the service — contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it directly:

If we can't resolve a complaint directly, you may also have the right to use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform or your local consumer authority.

11. Privacy, Modifications & Governing Law

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page; material changes to paid-service terms will be communicated before they apply to a new order. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
