Ordering & Delivery
How do I order? Every reading, credit pack, and membership is ordered over WhatsApp — message Kyshara directly from any product page to start.
How is my reading delivered? On WhatsApp, after your order and payment are confirmed. We don't currently commit to a fixed delivery time; if a reading is delayed significantly, contact us and we'll update you or offer a refund.
Do I need an account? An account is created automatically the first time you complete a purchase — your WhatsApp number is your identity, there's no separate password to set up. You can review your profile, credits, membership, and order history any time at My Kyshara.
Payment
How do I pay? Payment is handled securely via Stripe at the point WhatsApp hands you off to checkout.
What are credit packs? Prepaid digital service credits you can spend across readings — see current pricing on the readings page, where every price is pulled live, never hand-typed.
What are memberships? Recurring plans with ongoing benefits across reading families; details and live pricing are shown on the readings page under Memberships.
Refunds & Withdrawal Rights
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For Kyshara's digital readings, that right can end early only if you explicitly asked for immediate delivery and explicitly acknowledged that doing so ends the withdrawal right — you're shown two separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes for this at checkout.
Credit packs: unused balances are refundable on request; if you've spent some credits, we refund the unspent portion.
Individual readings: refundable if not yet delivered, or delivered materially incomplete or defective through our fault. We don't refund simply because you disagree with a reading's content — it's a reflective, entertainment product, not a guaranteed outcome.
Memberships: the current billing period is generally non-refundable once renewed; cancel any time to stop future renewals. Withdrawing within your first 14 days gets you a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
